Time & Location
In this workshop we will use embodied exercises to support our practice and meditation in times of crisis. Openness can be present and give us stability, even when times are uncertain. Movement is there, even within restriction. Though isolated, we can experience that we and the world – other people and all of nature – are deeply connected and movement and engaging face to face can really help and heal us after this time.
Using improvisation we can move away from modes of relating based on control, on power over others, and find new ways to meet, be-with, allowing flow, and letting others, nature, diversity and life flow through us.
We have decided to hold the workshop on-line – to book you can get in touch with me via the 'any questions?' button, or with the Manchester Buddhist Centre who is hosting the event remotely.
Both days we will meet from (10.00 for a start at ) 10.30 - 12.30 and 14.00 - 16.00 (UK times) to explore the practice, working in a large group, smaller group or pairs, with time to share our experience.
The charge is between £40 and £80. Once you book with the payment we will send a Zoom link. To book click here.
