About
Openness, space and interconnectedness are present even when times are uncertain. This is the theme of improvisation: being in the unknown, and allowing ourselves to be moved not by our personal intention, but responding to life as it presents itself, now.
In this workshop we will engage in meeting again, through movement and meditation, with a sense of curiosity, discovery and kindly interest. We will meet, dance, sit and enjoy surprising depths and laughs in playing in the Now.
Using improvisation and connecting (within whatever safe distance is deemed necessary then) we can practice relating to each other in new ways, re-learning what contact really means.... and find new ways to meet, be-with, allowing flow, and letting others, nature, diversity and life flow through us.
Please book early as spaces may be limited.
Contributions to costs are £90/ £60 (concession), or less for people 18-25yrs
